5 Gift Ideas for this Holiday Season

Thanksgiving is over, and it’s onto the next holiday! I’m no Oprah, but I wanted to dream up my list of gift ideas to help you figure out what to get for your loved ones this holiday season. Check out these five ideas below!

This journal is perfect for those who have New Year’s Resolutions to be more mindful in the coming year. In the morning, the journal prompts you to ask yourself what you’re grateful for, what would make today great, and to state affirmations of yourself. Then, at night, you reflect on things that made your day amazing and what could have improved it. The journal is also filled with inspirational quotes and weekly challenges to create mindfulness and help you step out of your comfort zone. I’ve personally used this, and it’s been amazing to change my mindset in a matter of five minutes.

Packing cubes are a must for the world traveler! They really help you pack much more efficiently and in a compact way. I recommend a variety of shapes and sizes: large ones are great for jeans and bulky sweaters, medium sizes for t-shirts, and small sizes for underwear and socks. These particular ones come in a cute pattern!

I recommend this to any foodie or aspiring baker. I can honestly say I’ve tried every kind of pie they’ve made here, and my absolute favorite is Marionberry Hazelnut (while my favorite holiday seasonal pie is Apple Ginger Pear). They have a variety of savory, cream, and fruit pies. Also, you can learn how to bake a pie from the Pie Guy himself, Chris Porter, every Tuesday or Thursday each month at either their West Seattle or Phinney Ridge locations (check their website for dates and times). This place is my kryptonite!

For the jewelry lover, this modular jewelry box keeps all her favorites organized. The inside of the jewelry box is softly lined, and there are sections for earrings, bracelets, rings, watches, and necklaces so nothing gets lost. It’s also absolutely elegant and stylish!

I realize I’m biased on this one, but I recommend this for someone who would like to start the new year organized. This is perfect for a small pantry, closet, or bathroom clean-out and organization (I know how annoying those areas are under the sink!). Feel free to give me a call if you want to see if this will be a good gift for your loved one.

Hope this list gives you a few gift ideas for your family and friends this holiday season!
